Order Acceptance Policy

Once you have placed your order with Cryptocomputing.ca you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Stock on hand is updated once per day. All item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice due to unforeseen tariff impact and other factors. Cryptocomputing.ca reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. Cryptocomputing.ca reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by our Fraud Avoidance and Customer Protection Departments. Cryptocomputing.ca may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.

Order Payment is only captured upon manual verification of stock quantity. If you order more quantity than is available your order will automatically be put into the back-order queue and treated as a live order. If you make a pre-order or back-order your credit card or other payment method will be captured.

All specials prices and promotions limited to stock on hand.

Order Cancellation / Backorders

At Cryptocomputing.ca, we make every effort to provide you with current inventory status and product availability information. Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship once the necessary order verification have been completed and cannot be cancelled once the order has shipped. If a product is out of stock, the item(s) will be placed on back-order and shipped to you when available. On orders with back-ordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the rare occasion that a back-ordered product becomes end of life or is no longer available Cryptocomputing.ca reserves the right to cancel the order.

Cryptocomputing.ca reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for product that is advertised in error that does not conform to advertised specifications or was shipped in error.

Typographical / Pricing Errors

Cryptocomputing.ca makes it a priority to ensure that all listed product descriptions provided by the manufacturer and suppliers are correct. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, Cryptocomputing.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification, regardless as to whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, Cryptocomputing.ca shall issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

We make every effort to bring the lowest prices possible to our clients however, due to conditions beyond our control; prices are subject to increase even after your order has been placed. If a price increase should occur during the processing of your order you will be notified and have the right to cancel your order at no charge to yourself.

Should a descriptive error be discovered once the item (or items) is received please contact our Customer Service Department to advise. If it is determined that a descriptive error exists we will arrange for the return of the item at no cost and credit the amount of the item in full.

Refurbished Product:

All refurbished products are marked on our website as Refurbished – Final Sale. No returns will be accepted on refurbished products.

Used Product:

All used products are marked on our website as used – Final Sale. No returns will be accepted on used products.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All returns and replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer any time after the first 90 days of invoice. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. Please contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty information.

Shipping Policy

Your order will not ship until after it has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process orders within 24 hours, but this doesn’t guarantee that your order will be shipped out the same day. Cryptocomputing.ca does not guarantee next day delivery. Shipping speed is outside our control and is dependent on the courier company.

Please keep in mind that our distribution centres do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.

Shipping charges start at $8.99 for standard parcel service (ground). Shipments over and above the standard weight/dimensions or to remote areas are subject to additional pricing. Cryptocomputing.ca reserves the right to review shipping. If additional shipping charges should apply a Cryptocomputing.ca representative will contact you to outline those charges. The customer has the right to cancel the order if not in agreement with additional shipping charges. Sorry, Cryptocomputing.ca does not offer pick up locations. All orders must be shipped.

Shipments for our domestic customers are from our warehouses located across Canada and are shipped by Canada Post, UPS Canada, Fedex, Purolator or heavy freight couriers.

Shipments for our International customers are shipped by UPS Canada, FedEx Canada, Purolator Canada, DHL Express Canada, and ship out only from our head office located in Surrey, BC only. Not all products are available for customers outside of Canada and the shipping policy for export customers are indicated as domestic only or available worldwide in the product listing itself on the additional information tab. Product availability for international customers will be confirmed after you place an order with us or you may contact us prior to placing an order to ensure sufficient quantity is available at our head office location. Export orders may incur additional delays outside of our control if an internal stock transfer is required prior to export. Costs for stock transfers are billed to the buyer.

If an item is out of stock for an international customer we may request you to pay additional shipping fees to cover the additional stock transfer shipping costs we incur, or if those shipping fees are refused we may cancel the order or place it on hold as a back-order upon your request.

All backorders and pre-orders are filled on a first-come, first serve basis.

An additional charge of a minimum of $75.00 and a maximum amount of whatever the courier charged us for any shipment that is refused or undelivered due to no fault of Cryptocomputing.ca or the courier if the courier charges us for the refused shipment. Failure to pay this charge will result in your account being disabled until the amount is payed. You have the right to see the proof of the charge provided to us by the courier company.

Sales Tax

Cryptocomputing.ca collects Sales Tax on all orders shipped to a Canadian location after July 1st, 2010 to provinces participating in the GST/HST tax codes will be charged the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by law.

All sales destined for British Columbia, Canada will be charged the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) as required by the province of British Columbia.

All orders shipped to provinces outside of British Columbia that require collection of a provincial sales tax will be charged according to the laws of your home province. The tax amount will be reflected at presale checkout if the tax needs to be collected.

If you have a tax exemption please contact us prior to ordering so that we can setup your account for your exemption or manually adjust your order totals.

Environmental Handling Fees

Where required by law in your home province, Cryptocomputing.ca will collect from the customer the environmental handling fees for all merchandise that legally requires it. This is not a tax but a fee, and as is legally required, taxes are also charged on this fee for the recycling program mandated by the laws in your home province. 

Payment Options - Credit Cards

Cryptocomputing.ca accepts North American Visa and MasterCard only! We are unable to process international credit cards or Visa Debit cards. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. To ensure speedy processing of your order please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing company.

We can only ship to an alternate address if the address is on file with your credit card issuing company. Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing of your order.

Cryptocomputing.ca cannot take responsibility for any rebates or promotions missed due to method of payment being declined as this is outside of our control.

Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped. Charge backs from credit card issuing institutions are subject to the above policies.

For orders outside of North America we accept cryptocurrency and bank wires as valid methods of payment.

Payment Options - PayPal

To ensure speedy processing of your order please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your payment provider. 

Incorrect information, unconfirmed PayPal accounts, PayPal refusing seller protection due to a problem with buyer's account, and PayPal withholding funds will cause a delay in the processing of your order.

We can only fulfill your order when payment clears at our bank. This can take up to 5 business days.
