Refund Policy

We very much wish to offer you a full refund back to your payment source wherever possible. However, our ability to offer full refunds in all cases is limited by our payment processors, PayPal's Fee reversal Policy, and your bank's willingness to refund our merchant fees back to us. Except for Square Checkout, transaction fees involved in processing your payment are non-refundable once they are captured. If you see yourself needing a full refund in the future please choose Square Checkout so we can serve your future need for a full refund.

PayPal offers the ability to hold payment capture up to 30 days however this limit is limited by your bank and also by you manually reversing a hold, and therefore cannot be guaranteed after 72 hours. After 72 hours Payments must be captured by all payment processors at which time the payment cannot be returned in full to you due to the non-refundable fees charged to our accounts by the payment processors.

This is typically how we handle your payment when you place an order:

1) You place an order and any order details are verified. You may get an order message asking clarification for answers you gave during checkout.

2) If your payment is not Square Checkout then your payment is not taken and is instead kept on hold for what could be up to 72 hours for stripe, 30 days for PayPal, and no fees are generated while your payment is on hold. All other orders paid by Square checkout are promptly captured for payment.

After the hold time is over the payment on your order is captured and security checks your order details and payment for issues. Some orders go to secondary inspection and when this happens your order status is changed to "manual verification required" and your order may take longer to clear and you may need to answer a phone call or provide further verification information.

3) Your order passes all checks and enters into the awaiting fulfillment order status. The order can no longer be voided and a store credit or refund would be the next step if you need to cancel.
