Cancellation and Pre-Order Policy

2021-06-28 Special notice for all backorders until further notice
Due to severe parts shortages all Pre-Orders are non-cancellable for the first 90 days. Lead times may exceed 90 days for all Pre-Orders. All suppliers are refusing to give exact lead times and therefore we cannot give any estimated lead time.
Pricing and ETAs are not guaranteed and frequently change before and after order confirmation. ETAs are provided by manufacturers and suppliers, not us, and we simply relay that information to you.

The order has not shipped yet:
To cancel your order simply email or open a chat request with us with your Online Order number and member information. Please include your reason for requesting the cancellation.
The order is about to ship or has been shipped:
If your order has already generated a shipping label prior to receiving your cancellation request or is already in transit your order cannot be cancelled. Please go into your account and open an RMA request once you have received your item.
Do not open or unseal the product box when you receive it. Wait for RMA approval and instructions. You may be required to purchase a return label. You can purchase a discounted return label from us or buy your own.
Crypto Computing cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled.
All refunds and store credit requests will be processed as soon as possible on our end, usually within seven business days. On your end your bank and the payment processor can take up to a month to clear the funds. Please remain patient. Contact us if you notice an extensive delay in receiving your refunds.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are subject to changing Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) dates by the manufacturer. Cryptocomputing.ca makes no promises or guarantees to send goods on the ETA date, will not enter into or imply or assume any contract when displaying ETA dates, and any communication from us to you shall not be any indicator of or a promise or contract to send goods on a specific date. The ETA date is for your reference only as your order is a pre-order, not an actual order. With severe supply shortages we've seen from manufacturers that the product may never come in before an updated version of it is released or the product is discontinued.
When you pre-order a product your payment can only be held for a maximum of 72 hours because of banking restrictions. Therefore, cryptocomputing must capture payment and deposit and hold it in our accounts until such time as the product is ready to send to you.
